As Chief of The Presidential Close-in Photographers Office (PCPO), Mr. Carual is in charge of designating photographers in his office to cover the President’s Activities. He also supervises the release of photos taken during the coverage to different Media Organizations.
The photos taken by the PCPO are being released daily to all the National and Provincial-based publications throughout the country. |
